What we are
Queen Creek Excavation is a referral service that connects property owners with independent excavation and grading contractors. We are not a licensed contractor, we don't perform excavation, grading, trenching, clearing or any other construction work, and we aren't party to your agreement with a contractor. Descriptions of work on this site describe what contractors in the area do, not work performed by us.
What we can't promise
We don't guarantee any contractor's availability, pricing, schedule, workmanship, license, insurance or warranty. Check a contractor's license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and get terms in writing.
Site content
Costs are published ranges, not quotes. Summaries of town, county and state rules are general information, not legal or engineering advice, and may be out of date. Confirm with the agency that issues your permit.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using this site, from a referral, or from a contractor's work.
